Great new plumber. We thought he did a great job! Prices are still excessive for this area. (Plumber - Dustin)
My family recently heard the dreaded gurgling during a shower and soon discovered our sewer pipe had aged out of use. Our entire neighborhood has been experiencing this, so we knew what was coming. After an extensive check of our system, the team at Benjamin Franklin recommended total outgoing replacement as well as interior, aged copper piping (we already had signs of corrosion). Suffice it to say this was an expensive, complicated and large project. With that in mind, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job. They've been on time, gone the extra mile and patiently explained every step of the process. They have coordinated inspections from the city, followed up on the smallest details (like keeping our neighbors happy) and even swept the street. Add to that that they clearly care about the quality of their work, including cleaning up every day. Dennis, Adam, Justin, Mike, Paul, Russell and Dustin are professional, respectful, courteous and work extremely hard. Adam is running our project, but the whole team has come by to help out at one time or another and they work well together. It's clear that Dennis hires a good team and that they are well-trained. I'd highly recommend them for any major plumbing, new builds or even just minor issues.
